Know your refund policy when ordering food

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

To this end, in the rare situation where your order has not been delivered, we will issue you a full refund on the entire order. If some item from your order is missing, we will provide you a partial refund for the missing item. Please bear in mind that there will be no refunds on cancellation of orders after they have been placed. All food is prepared fresh based on each order and cannot be repurposed or stored for later use. As a result, last minute cancellations can lead to a lot of food being wasted which we would like to avoid.

Orders placed 3 days or more in advance can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and will be eligible for a full refund.
